5 Star Service Review I recently experienced and unexpected warranty issue with the retracting roof of my Mercedes-Benz SLK. I drove my car into Mercedes-Benz of Annapo I recently experienced and unexpected warranty issue with the retracting roof of my Mercedes-Benz SLK. I drove my car into Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and my Service Representative, Alex Clothier was able to immediately fit me in to the schedule even though I did not have an appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, concerned, attentive, and professional. He quickly discovered the source of the problem, replaced the defective part, solved the problem, had my care washed, vacuumed and back on the road in less than 2 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased by the 5 star service experience that Alex Clothier provided me. Attentive and Takes my Issues Seriously I called Alex because I was hearing a sound from the wheel area of my vehicle when I turned. During the road test, he heard the noise and offered to have a technician look into the sound, while providing me a courtesy vehicle. The next day Alex called to inform me my axles were damaged and required replacement. The cost was covered in my warranty, which was a bonus. Alex is always attentive to my needs, and is very responsible and knowledgeable. More
