Above and beyond customer service !!! Alex is always Awesome !!! And has always provided me with exceptional customer service . I came in on 7/12/19 and did not have an appointment, he Alex is always Awesome !!! And has always provided me with exceptional customer service . I came in on 7/12/19 and did not have an appointment, he took me right away. He was patient, pleasant personable ( this is how he has always been since the first time I walked in there ).As always he answered my 101 questions told me everything that I needed done . I had not been into the service center for service in a while so he and I carefully went through the maintenance and prioritize what I could get done that day to reduce the cost to my budget. So thanks Alex, you rock! He got me into a loaner and I was off to the beach with no worries since I knew I was in good hands. He updated me throughout the whole process, which is always important to me . As always Alex you offer the best customer service anyone can ask for !!! Liz More
