Just bought our first Lexus We went on a Friday afternoon just wanting to test drive a RX350. Alex was our salesman who was wonderful in explaining the dealership and what sets them apart, their service center and all they offer while you’re waiting. Beautiful place. Okay so we tell him we have 2 cars to trade and it was no problem for him. He brought out a car for us to test drive and that was it. Alex, Sean and Juan all stayed past closing time so we could drive our new car home. What a great experience and a wonderful dealership! Best dealership for miles around Live in the Orlando area and was not impressed at all with the local dealerships. They spent a great amount of time with me, before I purchased my NX 300. They have continued to spend hours making certain I understand the technology. They also offer me tutoring whenever I stop by as well as , a car wash. I live in Ormond Beach and the supportive service of picking up my automobile for services when necessary and leaving a loaner for me to use is invaluable. i owned my previous Lexus a 2002, LX 470 for over 254,000 miles and just turned it over to my son I highly recommend this dealership.
