Do not purchase from these scam artists. It has been one thing after another since we bought our car from this dealership in Jan 2023. Firstly, they got us on the lot by advertising a used c It has been one thing after another since we bought our car from this dealership in Jan 2023. Firstly, they got us on the lot by advertising a used car that they never allowed us to see - the sales guy Alex miraculously “couldn’t find” the cheaper used car we were interested in and instead pushed us to buy a new car. Then, during the financing stage, they did not disclose to us over $10K in hidden fees. They rushed us through the signing process and distracted us with chit chat while we signed, telling us that pages and pages worth of the contract were just covering “incidentals” and scrolling past the parts where we agreed to pay over 10k in financing fees. I know it’s on us that we signed without reading but they purposefully misled us and pulled the wool over our eyes, knowing we were in a pinch to get a new car. During closing they also told us that we were entitled to one free key fob replacement if our key was stolen. Lo and behold it was stolen, but then when I called them they told me no such agreement exists. I even spoke to the sales guy Alex who told me the lie, and the professional gaslighter said he never told me that and that I should have a second key we got with the purchase. It doesn’t matter that I have a second key; I need a new one because my copy was stolen. Then, to make matters even worse, they told us it would cost $420 to replace the key fob and that the fob is on back order for months- ANOTHER LIE! I called another Honda parts provider in the area and they told me the key fob only costs $175 to replace and they can get it for me tomorrow!! They also have given us problems with getting our car serviced. When we closed our deal we were told we’d get free oil changes and tire rotations under our plan for a year. But when we brought the car for an oil change they tried to charge us claiming we were not due for an oil change at over 5,000 miles. Also, whenever you call them, they do not return voicemails and will randomly hang up on you before you even get to speak to a human. Or they put you on hold then hang up on you. This is no way to treat paying customers. This is a very dishonest dealership with no shame and no respect for their customers. Do not buy from here unless you want to be RIPPED off!! You can all go to xxxx. More
