I went to purchase a used car. It was a smooth transaction. I was in and out within an hour or two. I scheduled a service appointment to bring the car back for touching up. They did absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. They could have just told me that they would not do anything and I would still be okay. Instead, they wasted so much of my time and did nothing. Then I did not hear anything from them regarding my registration for 3 months. I had to call several times to get it done. The first half of the transaction was great but the service afterwards was horrible. More
