Initially we chose them purely on reputation and size and our ideal car. I can't emphasize how much they met and exceed our expectations. Jay Gonzalez was with us from start to finish. Jay is genuinely a great person all around. He made us feel comfortable and established our trust. Honestly, Jay exuded professional excellence way more than I would have expected. My wife and I set the bar high on our expectations and our needs. Jay delivered EXACTLY what were looking for. We are now proud new owners of the Rav4 - XLE PREMIUM - PEARL WHITE 2022. I would strongly recommend Westbury Toyota and in particular Jay Gonzalez. On entrance, ask to speak with Jay. You won't be disappointed! More

Ira guided me through the process and really listened to me and my experiences with my other vehicle and made me feel real comfortable. He went above and beyond in his handling of my financial wishes that I am a senior and am on a fixed income. He was the best car salesman I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped so much at the end helping to get to know the car staying in the car with and genuinely cared about me leaving the parking lot feeling comfortable in the new car.Ira is a real credit to your organization! He was extremely patient with my senior Mom who told him what he expected. After the financials and other things were completed he went above and beyond in going through all the details of 2022 Camry even pre setting the radio stations and he did a lot of them. Overall Ira made buying a car or in this case leasing a car very calming nice experience More
