***Best scamming company in the name of car showroom*** Sales: I got scammed in my brand new vehicle parts and price. If you really want to purchase a vehicle from this showroom please kee showroom*** Sales: I got scammed in my brand new vehicle parts and price. If you really want to purchase a vehicle from this showroom please keep a good lawyer to go through the contract and the parts of the vehicle. If not, you will get screwed by these sales reps and managers of this showroom. Service : They are absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen a service center like this one. They just want to pass over the free mileage so that they can start charging. 1. After a week of purchasing the vehicle, I heard metal scratching noises inside the car while driving. I went to the service center multiple times, but they were trying to convince me that there is no issue. However, after a few visits, they finally admitted that there is a problem with the car seat and they fixed it. 2. After 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, there was a malfunction with my front wheel sensor. This is the only issue I had with the vehicle that they fixed immediately. 3. Starting from 6 weeks of purchasing the vehicle to now, my car display continues to show that the key is missing when the key is inside the vehicle and continues to sound the alarm. I have changed the battery to the key fob multiple times, but that hasn’t worked. I have to press the button 7-10 times to lock/unlock the car. This is the case with both keys, so it has the be an issue with the receiving signal. I notified the service center on multiple occasions of the issue, however they are not ready to fix, and keep indicating that there is no problem (it has been almost 5 months now). 4. I purchased the vehicle mainly because I was told that there are alloy rims (I’ve had issues with hub caps in the past). After 3 months of purchasing the vehicle, my alloy rims’ paint started to peel. I went to the service center a few times and there was no response. A few days ago, the service center indicated that it is not an alloy rim, but a hub cap, and was told to speak with the sales team about the issue. When I went to speak to the sales manager, I was given the best explanation…“The hub cap is what is peeling, which is covering the alloy rims, to keep the ALLOY rims safe”. Have you ever heard of a hubcap covering alloy rims? This is the knowledge the manager has about the vehicles. Also, when asking for a solution due to selling the vehicle under false pretenses, the manager said that it’s something I can easily fix on my own, and that I can buy a new cap on Amazon. If I don’t want to do that, he provided me with a third party contact to fix it myself. He also later added that my bumper to bumper warranty is expiring soon, and that I should just get a new vehicle. No one gets a vehicle every 35k miles. Toyota is known for their long lasting vehicles that safely go over 300k miles. I would not have went with Toyota if I didn’t want to keep it for several years. At the end of the day, they said that there is nothing in writing indicating that the sales rep said that the vehicle comes with alloy rims, including the contract. And so, I am now stuck with ripping hubcaps that they refuse to replace. 5. Usually when you drive and see small pot holes or a speed bump, you apply break and the car slows down; however, my vehicle is built a little different. After I step on the break, it goes out of control for 3-6 seconds and then only the break will come to your control. If anything happens, the number 1 reason is because of Westbury Toyota and their negligence. They pretend to hear about your needs when you purchase and don’t want to clear your problems after your purchase. More
