I was shopping for a new car and choose Westbury Toyota due to having a bad experience at another dealership. I must say, I am very satisfied with the choice I made. The salesman Wes, greeted me immediatel due to having a bad experience at another dealership. I must say, I am very satisfied with the choice I made. The salesman Wes, greeted me immediately. He was friendly & very helpful in assisting me with my choice of vehicle. Alex in the finance dept gave me great customer service and was beyond patient. Luis Lall in the mgmt dept assisted me with patience and made himself available on more than one occassion to accommodate me with my new purchase. I gave them a 4 star rating because a 5 star rating is a perfect score and no one is perfect. So, in saying that, i must say, I highly recommend Westbury Toyota. More

Poor customer service Went in to Westbury Toyota to do an early renewal lease. The day of transaction everything went well. Turn in old car and got lease for the new car. Went in to Westbury Toyota to do an early renewal lease. The day of transaction everything went well. Turn in old car and got lease for the new car. A month later I receive 2 invoices, one for the car that I returned and one for the new vehicle. I called them and spoke to the sales rep Alex. He was very short and rude on the the phone. Said he would call me back and never did. I called their financial rep and found out that no paper work was sent in to the financial company. Now it's up to me to clear up this mess. Finally after being put on hold for close to 45 mins I got the finance guy at Westbury Toyota and he is still looking for the paperwork. Problem still unresolved after 3 days. My advise " 1) Be very careful when you get a sales person that's rushing you and speaking very quickly that you might bypass important information. 2) Do the deal only if it feels right." More
