Awesome experience We visited a couple months ago anticipating our lease coming up, and Alex was very patient with us and not pushy. He showed us the car and we ultimate We visited a couple months ago anticipating our lease coming up, and Alex was very patient with us and not pushy. He showed us the car and we ultimately weren’t ready and left ( no pressure). Alex continued to check in (not pushy) unlike other dealerships. When it came time one of the reasons we went back was bc of Alex , and we also liked the highlander, but Alex was a big reason Toyota was still top of mind. When it came to actually buying , Alex accommodated doing a lot of the back and forth through email bc it was hard to do it in person with two kids. Ultimately we made a deal and we now have a highlander bc of the great relationship Alex created. More

Great Experience My wife and I had a Great Experience with Sloan’s Toyota, and Alex the salesman was a BIG reason for that. We never owned a Toyota before but that has My wife and I had a Great Experience with Sloan’s Toyota, and Alex the salesman was a BIG reason for that. Stress Free! I ordered my new car from Alex. He made it very easy. Called me as soon as it arrived and we picked up that night. Everyone was friendly. Alex spent I ordered my new car from Alex. Great service, great vehicle I went in to the dealership with a number (monthly payment) I needed to be under, and they really worked with me to make buying the car that I wanted I went in to the dealership with a number (monthly payment) I needed to be under, and they really worked with me to make buying the car that I wanted possible. Alex, was awesome! He worked with me and presented a number of different options to see what was best for me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point, it was obvious that they genuinely cared about my happiness as a customer. From start to finish, I had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with. I will definitely go back to Sloane the next time I find myself car shopping, hopefully not for at least another 10 years!! More
