This is my 8th vehicle purchase in the last 10 years, so I’ve been to plenty of dealer Madison! Michael is the best salesman I have ever worked with. This is my 8th vehicle purchase in the last 10 years, so I’ve been to plenty of dealers. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Michael impressed me with his fact knowledge on the SUV down to the details and safety awards it has won. His personality was confident but he never once pushed or pressured - that’s difficult to achieve! He was genuinely excited about the vehicle I was looking at and thus hyped me up too. The telluride I got is beautiful - I am obsessed. I went in just to look at one for the first time but it’s Michael that sold me on taking the leap to try a telluride. I was also really impressed with the sales manager, but I don’t remember his name. He was really nice and respectful too. In addition to top it off, they gave me an EXCELLENT trade in value and I didn’t even have to haggle after their first offer. Just a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia of Madison! I’ll definitely buy my next SUV there - but I can guarantee it will just be another telluride! Lastly, as a woman who shops alone at dealers, it can be a tricky with how you are treated. Any woman who has car shopped alone knows exactly what I’m talking about - Michael and Russ Darrow Kia of Madison never made me feel like it wasn’t an even playing field - and my knowledge, trade-in value expectation, etc. was never questions or undermined. It was just SO great there! I wish I lived closer so I could get my vehicle serviced with them as well. Again, if you aren’t shopping with Michael - you are missing out! More
