This dealership really does treat their customers great. I have never experienced a car dealership that treated me as well even after the purchase had happened months ago. The servicing of the car was just as enjoyable as the purchase. This is an awful dealership. I brought my car here due to signs of a recall (that is life endangering I might add). They did body damage to my car while it was there, refused to review the camera footage, la signs of a recall (that is life endangering I might add). They did body damage to my car while it was there, refused to review the camera footage, laughed at me when I called the next morning and said they were "not fixing it because they didn't do it". I absolutely do not recommend Russ Darrow Kia. Go to ANY other Kia, and you will find amazing service. More
