The high rating I gave was based on Mr Mathew Menéndez ‘s
assistance., he did a great service recovery!, because the day before I was not treated well. I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I c

I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I change the sparks plugs, I agreed as long as I could leave at 1:30 pm because I was with my mother and I was taking her to the doctor that afternoon. Right after 1:00 pm, they notified me that the technician broke a part, they were going to replace it ( I did appreciate the honesty), but the part was not available, they offered a rental, but there was no car available!( the manager at the enterprise was not pleasant at all). I ended up being taken on an Lift to the medical appt. Afterwards I had to call a friend to pick us up, then take my mother to LA, then take me back to Sunland, where I reside. Alex , the person handling my car, did not offer me a lift back to the dealer the next day, so again I had to call a fruend to drive me back to the dealer! , I was very upset but Mr Menendez was very helpful and compensated us for the troubles, .Thank you Mr Menéndez.!
