4 hour wait to do a 10 K maintenance check up is not acceptable. Someone called off in the cashier office is no excuse. The Labor is so expensive. The Service took almost 6 The Labor is so expensive. The Service took almost 6 Hours. I told the advisor about my coupons earlier but, He forgot to apply when checking out. The Labor is so expensive. The Service took almost 6 Hours. I told the advisor about my coupons earlier but, He forgot to apply when checking out. Due to the high cost of living & pandemic. They should not charge so expensive for the labor totaling $365.00. Note : I should know better not to go to a dealership for service. The service also affects from buying a New Car from a Dealership in the future. More
