its always a super easy task for me to bring my car to honda services which is important. As super busy as it seemed, the service was done super fast and i had the rest of the day. everyone very nice and honda services which is important. I brought my vehicle in for service per the dashboard light. I knew I needed an oil change and the tire pressure indicator was on (AGAIN!) as well. Unfortunately, I have brought my car in for the tire light. I knew I needed an oil change and the tire pressure indicator was on (AGAIN!) as well. Unfortunately, I have brought my car in for the tire pressure indicator multiple times over the last 2 years. Once I had a nail in the tire. Another time I did have to replace a tire. There remaining 3 times nothing was found. When I brought the care in approximately 3-4 months ago, I was told there was a problem between the rim and seal and it was rectified. During the 10/19/22 visit I was again told I had the same problem and seal was addressed. I was I was also informed that brake work (including pads & rotors were needed, for $600) and "top engine cleaner" was needed as well. No estimate was given for this service which turned out to be almost $200. My final bill with tax was $981.89. In the past, the service rep at Honda of Valley Stream would give me an estimate closer to the actual bill including labor. The additional amount was a bit surprising. The rep should return to providing an estimate for all services to be performed. In general the service good and I ONLY bring my car to Honda of Valley Stream for service, even for a simple oil change. More

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2005 with my first Accord when they were on Merrick. I have always had a great experience until today. The finance manager had the audacity to scoff at me and my first Accord when they were on Merrick. I have always had a great experience until today. The finance manager had the audacity to scoff at me and walked away. She caught an attitude with me based on the fact I challenged her on the email that Honda has been sending out to customers. She is/ condescending and rude. Unfortunately she pissed me off so bad I made a scene in the dealership, because I was angry at that fact she scoffed at me. Really?? This is what you do to customers who have been loyal. Completely unacceptable!! More
