Your service is wonderful. All of your employees are friendly and helpful. I always feel that you are honest and care that my car is safe for me to drive in. I towed my car to Honda to have the bumper checked because it was hanging, picked It up and had to come back twice because the person who fixed the car did not mention the underlining was missing. als because it was hanging, picked It up and had to come back twice because the person who fixed the car did not mention the underlining was missing. also It was not fixed correctly due to the underlining once ordered and put in was not clipped in. It was hanging! The new manager when originally came had poor customer service without empathy for the scenario. The labor charge was so expensive with poor service. Had to make freq travels back and forth and had to examine my care myself. Marcel had good customer service . The manager was not helpful. More

I purchased my Accord from this same dealership in March 2017 & have only had it serviced here at this VS service ctr. Alex Marcel & the rest of the staff have always taken c/o me & my car & "squeezed" me i 2017 & have only had it serviced here at this VS service ctr. Mr. Alex Marcel, was helpful and attentive to m questions. Mr. David Palmer was not helpful at all and tried to blame me for my vehicle getting a flat while in the shop. (not very professional) disregard that I was spending over 3,000 fixing my vehicle. More
