Professional, Thorough & Amazing Service!!! I am a loyal Audi customer!! An Audi girl to my core but one of my biggest pet peeves is going thru the process of purchasing a new car. The amount of time spent at dealerships can be daunting and can overshadow the experience of getting something new. The lease for my A5 was coming to an end and I was really unsure about what I wanted to do. But a good friend of mine recommended Alex Max at Audi of Silver Spring and the rest is history!!!! From start to finish, my experience superseded my expectations!! Alex has changed my mind about the car buying experience! He reached out to begin the process at 5pm on a Tuesday. By 9:30pm I was driving off the lot in my new car!! He walked me thru the process and assured me that he’d take care of me and he did! I completed the application process around 5:30pm and he called me upon approval to discuss. With traffic, I live an hour away from Audi of Silver Spring and Alex was supposed to leave at 8pm. I didn’t get there until 8:15 but he waited for me. The entire process was seamless! He took the time to walk me thru all the features of my new car. He also made sure I was set up and logged in to access everything. His customer service was par excellence!! If you’re looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend giving Alex a call! I love my new car and he made the experience far more enjoyable (and shorter)!!! His kindness and go the extra mile attitude made driving the distance worth it!
