Purchased my Audi new at another dealership, but have been bringing it to Audi Silver Spring for the past four plus years because of the excellent service. Never once have I had to bring the vehicle back because repairs were not done correctly the first time. The service staff are polite and knowledgeable, and have never tried to talk me into repairs that weren’t necessary. I highly recommend the service department at Audi Silver Spring!
"Great customer experience "
When your check engine light comes on, you assume it’s a minor fix. In my case, it turned out to be a major engine issue with coolant leaking into the engine harness. This now entailed a major repair cost which I didn’t think based on a car with low mileage and not overused should have happened. With the help of the service department,they were able to work with Audi corporate to help alleviate this. The parts were covered by Audi and the repair was done at a fair price. Evan and Dimitra were great at supporting this issue through Audi.

They are very unprofessional and don’t care about their customers AT ALL! You trust that your car is going to be in good hands bringing it for service to your local dealership and they ruin your car, and the worse part is that they don’t want to be liable. Honestly the worst experience of my life!
"Excellent customer service "
Audi of Silver Spring service dept. are very professional and dedicated to their customers. If there is an issue with customers' satisfaction, they will go "Above and Beyond" to rectify the situation in a timely manner. For the first time a few weeks ago, I dropped off my A8 for major services, and there was a technical problem with the messaging app they use to provide clients a real-time update on their car; which resulted in them not notifying me after deciding to keep the car overnight. Even though the reason for keeping my overnight was due to unavailability of necessary parts to fix the car, they took responsibility for the brief, break in communication that transpired. They washed, cleaned and refueled my car, free-of-charge after the service was completed the next day and delivered the car, in the rain, to my apartment.

"Upgrading from my Q5 to SQ5 "
Julian has made my car buying experience one to remember, He is a truely amazing sales person. He will go beyond expactations to make sure you are completely satisfied with the vehicle of your chiíes and get the best deal possible. My wife and I recently purchased our sq5 and we couldn’t have asked A better sales person then him, with such good customer service and knowledge of the Audi brand. My service advisor Dimitra did an awesome job of taking care of my car. She followed all of the special requests I had while the car was there for service, the service was completed quickly, and she showed me some features on my car that I was not aware of. By far the best experience I have had, getting my car serviced.

Fantastic service! Previously I ordered an A3 and this time choose and took delivery of an Audi Q5 in January. Tom Schweiss handled the entire process from advice, test drive, ordering the vehicle and taking delivery. It was a great experience. Tom Schweiss was very personable, patient, and informative. Spent time to address even the simplest question and genuinely cared about making this process effortless for me. Sam Wright the finance manager was very helpful and patient. What a great team!
Diego Minda at Audi silver spring service is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and knows what is required and what can be performed at a later service. He kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the day. Car was done as requested and cleaned and vacuumed and ready to go when I arrived. Text message updates were helpful.
