These guys were great — No mansplaining or condescension and they didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want — they found me what I wanted. Everyone was friendly. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Dan and the team at Silver Spring Audi were great. They made the purchasing experience quick and efficient but didn't take away from the enjoyment of Dan and the team at Silver Spring Audi were great. They made the purchasing experience quick and efficient but didn't take away from the enjoyment of buying a new car. Dan worked with me through the entire process, and especially during times like these where syncing schedules isn't easy he worked with me to get the best deal possible when I was in and out of the dealership. Dan and the team were knowledge and also listened to what specific needs I wanted in a vehicle. Everyone was honest and didn't push any expensive products I wouldn't be interested in, I can't say that happens at a lot of dealerships but this was refreshing. I would recommend Dan and the Audi Silver Spring team to anyone, and have even discussed with friends who have purchased Audi's at other regional locations to come here. More

Cooperative, Friendly & Responsive I took my 2013 Audi in for service EPC light was on. They informed me the engines was basically dead. My Audi served her purpose got over 100K miles o I took my 2013 Audi in for service EPC light was on. They informed me the engines was basically dead. My Audi served her purpose got over 100K miles over the 4 year period of ownership. Left at the end of the day with a brand new car..clearly was not my intent. However, they worked with me and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I'm a little bit frugal. LOL More
