I recently visited Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn looking to get out of a lease from a different dealership and buy a new Toyota Tacoma. My sales associate Colby Carlson was very friendly, welcoming and understanding of my needs. He went through their inventory with me until I found a few trucks that featured options I preferred and fit into my budget. He brought both vehicles to the showroom to let me get a feel for the vehicles. He crunched some numbers, and within an hour he and Sales Manager Alex got me close to a deal that worked for me. I explained that I needed to do some comparisons with other vehicles and would need a day to think about my options. They both were understanding and supported my wishes. The entire visit was stress-free and informative. After spending the next morning looking at other vehicles I realized the Tacoma at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn and the willingness of Colby and the rest of the sales managers there to work within my budget could not be matched. I returned later in the day, took the 2025 Tacoma SR5 for a drive and Colby and I worked out a deal with sales Manager TJ helping to get me to the finish line! I picked up my new ride today and I could not be happier! While the people were great, I will say the detailing done on my used vehicle left a lot to be desired. And I got the glass coat for the car, however they coated over some watermarks so there’s that. But they did a fantastic job repainting the bumper and taking out some small dents. Overall I am very happy. More
