2019 Chevy 1500 Trail Boss Excellent service provided by Alex Raleigh my sales man, he worked well with me on every aspect. Really knew the vehicle well and all of it's options Excellent service provided by Alex Raleigh my sales man, he worked well with me on every aspect. Really knew the vehicle well and all of it's options helped with the setup of my Bluetooth and OnStar. I would have rated him 5 starts but I was just informed by him that I won't be eligible to receive the $100 dollar referral for sending my son Travis Lykins to you guy's the very next day to buy the other Trail Boss you had on the lot, what a CROCK, never trust a salesman unless you get it in writing. This was the 3rd new vehicle I purchased from Tom Gill over the years, lesson learned ! I will still recommend Tom Gill to my friends and family, Ill just let them know whatever is promised to get it in writing. More
