I purchased my Mercedes’ with Walters and have been having it serviced there. The experience has been excellent. I scheduled services online for 2:45, when I arrived I was informed that my car would not be looked at today and needed to be left overnight because they were so backup. The dealership did not have a loan was informed that my car would not be looked at today and needed to be left overnight because they were so backup. The dealership did not have a loaner vehicle available for me, nor did they notify me in advance so I could make other accommodations. Terrible way to conduct operations. More
