Upon my last 2 visits at the dealership, I have been asking them to fix my lights but they seem to not complete the task. They fix some not all last 2 visits ago. And then on this visit, they fixed all asking them to fix my lights but they seem to not complete the task. They fix some not all last 2 visits ago. And then on this visit, they fixed all but one that I had paid for. I texted them to let them know but no response back from them. It's disappointing knowing that they would rather want you to rate them and write a review rather than fix the issue. The sales advisor told me that I needed new brakes even though I replaced them in Dec 2020. So I took my car into another dealership to check my brakes and they are still working well and don't know why I was asked to replace them. Questionable services. More

From the moment I arrived, I was greatest by the most kind professional courtesy one expects from Mercedes. Everyone from my greeter Trinity, to my service advisor Alex, to the young lady that helped me kind professional courtesy one expects from Mercedes.
