I am nearing the end of my warranty with my 2015 Mercedes ML350 so I know I'm a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my vehicle. Alex addresses all of my concerns with respect and consideration. He didn't make me feel as if my concerns were unimportant at all. I didn't mention that to him but I really appreciate that. This is the only reason I'm taking time out on my very busy day to write a review. I didn't catch the other employees names but everyone they are rolls out the red carpet so as soon as should I pull up on greeted I'm never waiting and anyone I pass always ask if I needed anything so if I've been helped already. Everyone is so accommodating there. I purchased my out of state so I have never purchased a vehicle from Walter's Mercedes but you can bet your bottom dollar the next one I purchase will definitely be from Walters. More
