Thanks again I had been needing new tires for quite some time. Justin the tire rep at Walters would tell me every time I came in for a car wash. Well i finally got I had been needing new tires for quite some time. Justin the tire rep at Walters would tell me every time I came in for a car wash. Well i finally got a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired because my tires were so worn. My husband made me an appt and I was scheduled to come in on a Saturday. I decided I couldn't wait any longer. So I called Walter's MB and they were able to make me an appt within 2 hours. Well on my way there I had a blow out! I called MBZ roadside service and was assisted right away. They sent out Noel Castro who changed my tire in 5 minutes. He was very nice and I was so grateful that he was able to get me back on my way so quickly. When I finally made it to my appt Austin Schneider was my service adviser. He was able to check me in right away. He kept me updated while I waited. He was very helpful and I was confident that I was in goods hands. Thanks Walters staff for all your efforts to keep my family and I safe on the road! More

I called Walter's on a Wednesday and I took my car in on Thursday where I was given a loaner and thankfully my repairs were completed later in the same on that same day. Due to traffic I was told I could bring the loaner back and pick up my car the next day. Everything went well, my repairs were done at the lower cost with my coupon and the assistance of my service representative, Alex Ramirez. It was nice to get a discount especially with Christmas around the corner. It was also nice to see our old service rep, Carl who happened to stop by while having his own car serviced. More
