Excellent 1st Service on my RV and tow vehicle(Smartcar) It was simple to call in and schedule the 1st service on my Smartcar. I was going on a camping trip and towing my Smartcar behind the RV. I called u It was simple to call in and schedule the 1st service on my Smartcar. I was going on a camping trip and towing my Smartcar behind the RV. I called up that I was across the street unhooking my tow vehicle. I advised it was 1 month early but while I was here could they also service the RV at the same time. They said yes and service sent someone out to drive the RV in while I drove the Smartcar in. Everyone on the phone was polite and professional. I then began the paperwork with Alex Ramirez. He wrote up both vehicles and handled everything perfectly. He kept me informed, took care of everything I asked to have done and even discovered and accomplished a warranty item that needed to be taken care of on the car. Good job! More

We haven't had to purchase many cars over the years (that first 240D lasted 25 years and 375,000 miles). The sales staff (I still remember the name of our first salesperson) has always been superior. Most recently, we had to replace our 8-year old GL 450 that was totalled in an automobile collision. I contacted Bob Murray for sales assistance and received absolutely excellent information, assistance and care in our replacement GL 350 Bluetec vehicle. After my accident my wife was so concerned about crash survivability that we purchased a B-Class for our second car.
