He turned the car over to Alex who followed up on my repairs and I was out of there by 6pm that day. They did not give me a lot of bs and they kept their word on every step of the way. I have never seen such honesty and concern for customers problems in my life they are the worlds greatest dealer ship. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other location Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other locations, but upon my arrival I was greated immediately. Alex, was able to get me into a rental, took my car in, listened to me about the issues I was having, and kept me updated during the day. He contacted me shortly after that morning, and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle, and what was recommended to repair the ongoing issue I had going on. My experience was very good, he was very polite, professional, and most important kept me updated on everything.
