B service appointment My 2010 C300 4matic was due for B SERVICE.. Alex Ramirez kept me current as to my car's condtion and the loaner car was a very big help since i neede My 2010 C300 4matic was due for B SERVICE.. Walters - Number 1 in quality and service! I am currently driving my 5th Mercedes from Walter's. After purchasing my first Mercedes, back in 2001, I will never go to another dealership other th I am currently driving my 5th Mercedes from Walter's. After purchasing my first Mercedes, back in 2001, I will never go to another dealership other than Walters! I am always treated extremely well and have always been very satisfied with all of my cars, and the quality of my service. My new service rep is Alex Ramirez. He is prompt, friendly, helpful and able to answer any question that I have about my car. My recent service appointment was fabulous, as always! I look forward to my continued relationship with this dealership! Walters is #1! More

Repair Work Alex set me up with a complimentary loaner since the repair would take a couple days. Alex Ramirez to the rescue! Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patch Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patched (@ $350). Our service advisor Alex Ramirez swung into action and was able to obtain for us a one time comp on a new tire. Totally Awesome! Walters service has always been top notch to us and is one of the reasons we will come back. Thank you so much and Alex.... YOU DA MAN!!!!! More
