overall review of my experience with Walter's Since 06 we have purchased 7 automobiles. Actually we purchased 5 and the last 2 we leased. We have experienced a few challenges. Our 1st MBZ had Since 06 we have purchased 7 automobiles. Actually we purchased 5 and the last 2 we leased. We have experienced a few challenges. Our 1st MBZ had problems right off the bat. And we had to wait 6 weeks to get parts from Germany. We than got 08 that we were misled about the functions in the car concerning the navigation system, We then purchased a 09. When we got home the odometer had 72 miles. The next morning we saw gasoline all over the garage. Thank God we did'nt start the car. They sent a tow truck to get it. That car was returned to the factory because there was a hole in the tank! We than got another 09 and that was O.K. Then we got 11 and that one was O.K., and traded it for a 14. that one too was O.K. We got tired of all the money lost in all the "good deals" so we leased a 15. We had computer issues with this one too. Then we met Alex Rameriz! He became my guardian angel He is by far the best service writer we've ever had. He was on top of everything and did his very best to help us. The car was bought back by MBZ people and everything went smoothly from there. We needed another car so Alex introduced us to Jin Lee. Of all the sales people we've had in the past, he was by far the best one. He and Alex make a great team. They are superior in what they do. They helped us with the other 15 we leased. I am so very pleased with the GLK. and with the manner in which they treat us, so professional, so friendly and so willing to do whatever it takes to handle anything that comes up. Alex is so patient and so willing to help. I want to thank him and Mr. Lee. It's always a pleasure to see him. More
