It was obvious from the beginning Alex listened intently to my needs and concerns as I discerned which vehicle I REALLY wanted. Alex worked and reworked numbers with patience and understanding and attention to every detail I mentioned. He demonstrated not only his knowledge of every aspect of the workings of the cars but the importance of working within the budget of the customer. Alex then turned us over to the most capable hands of Lauren Cronin who also was amazing knowledgeable patient and fun to work with. Again her attention to details and listening to all of what I expressed was important to me became obvious as she highlighted certain features of the vehicle. Lastly I enjoyed working with Steven in finance. He too was professional and great to work with. Finally, I have already and will continue to recommend people to Fontana Nissan. However I am insistent that they work with Alex Ramos. It was worth every minute of the long drive from Los Angeles to Fontana. I am positive that those I recommend will agree with me. Just for kicks! Issa Tafish at Fontana Nissan is absolutely amazing. My husband And I were simply looking when we stopped in a few hours before closing. While we were in need of a new car we weren't sure we would be able to afford the one we really liked the Nissan Kicks. Issa showed us around the lot and noticed how much we liked the Kicks. After a test drive we were hooked!!! When it got time to talk payments. My husband and I were a little skeptical if we would be able to afford a nice car. At first the payments were a little out of our budget. Issa was kind enough to show us another that wasn't really our style but better within the price range. After sitting down and talking with him for a few minutes.He really knew were were in love with the Kicks. He partnered up with the finance team and worked out a payment plan that was within our budget for the Kicks. Never once did Issa make my husband or I feel as though we NEEDED this car, we never felt pressured at all. Issa simply saw our need for a new car and really helped us out!! Everyone was super nice we even for you need the general manager and financial managers of the dealership. I felt like a part of the family from the moment we walked into the door!!!
