I feel that I must have been the lowest priority possible. All communication was initiated by me, even when I was told I would get a call back, I would wait a few days after the promised date and once again attempt to initiate a conversation. In these conversations I feel that I never got the true story of what was going on. The materials were ordered and received after the first week, but it took 6 more weeks of "it will be done next week" to finish the work. Better communication could have helped this entire process. Realistic and timely status updates would have been much more appreciated. Upon flying out to retrieve my truck at my own expense, I was received in the shop with, "your truck is out there, he will take you to it." This certainly did not make me feel comfortable for a 15 hour drive after major repairs.
