salesperson good but not happy with loan process person deal Alex Tamer was our salesperson and very good and made me understand a lot of technicalities of the car even on 3rd of my buying when I visited store. However, I got ripped off by a lot of money by loan person .. though car has Powertrain warranty for life time but he convinced us to buy more warranty to have piece of mind. he initially showed us very small number $4 /mon to be added for 63 mos but later on said $50 /mos but we have by that time already decided to buy warranty ... When I called him next day if I can cancel warranty .. he said no.. which is odd and why one will buy vehicle Subaru and have extra warranties on all above what they already have and in is being advertised. Thus, loan process .. I am mad but salesmanship of Alex is commendable. I even agreed to pay all cash to loan person next day but he said no .. it can not be done ! Thus, I do not agree what they advertise. I have been ripped off of 7k total which includes 4500 just in extra warranty. Overall rating is low just based on poor loan process deal ! I have bought few cars with 0% interest and no extra warranty ! If they still agree to change contract and cancel what I was convined to buy extra, I will cancel that and even can cancel loan but pay all in CASH/cheque. but loan person did not agree even the very next day but he admitted his mistake of $4 /mon-> $50 /month..
