There’s a reason why this is my third Subaru Outback Touring XT, it’s because the vehicle fits my needs and is at the top of the list of safest vehicles on the road, add to that a very professional deal Touring XT, it’s because the vehicle fits my needs and is at the top of the list of safest vehicles on the road, add to that a very professional dealership, clean, relaxing, comfortable, then the icing on the top is being able to spend time shopping with a new friend Marcos Gomez, Marcos listened to my needs, desires and challenges, and he walked me through the process leaving no questions unanswered, not one time did I ever feel pressured to buy now, or lose the deal, I made my deal and my offer was never challenged or turned down, never once did I get the let me check with my manager routine, no back and forth negotiation, I told him what I wanted, and what payment I was comfortable with, and that’s what I got, Marcos believed me, and trusted him to get where I needed to be, win win for all of us, Subaru, Marcos and myself. James Menzie, my sales rep, was exceptional. No pressure, just honest observations and opinions. The process was not rushed. Car was ready with all accessories.
