I dropped my car off in the am (scheduled appt); my car was never looked at. Sunroof was broken then and continues to be broken now. Brought in my transmission for a leak that was identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. Drove the car straight to another GMC dealer who identified th identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. Drove the car straight to another GMC dealer who identified the leak and repaired it under warranty. I will be contacting GMC corporate about the horrible experience and the fact they let me leave with a transmission that could fail. More

Beyond exceeded my expectations. Took my Tahoe for an oil change thought I’d have to be there for a few hours at least they got it done in less than an hour.
