We recently worked with Alex and Acton Toyota to purchase a new Highlander for my wife and had a very pleasant experience. We decided the best route for me and my family was their 0 down lease option, and Alex made it extremely simple and hassle free - even matching an existing offer from another dealership. I was ecstatic to be able to work with the Action Toyota team again, based on the overall level of service and no hassle/pressure discussions. My car buying experience started when I used True Car and Alex contacted me with an email and all the options I was looking for in my new Highlander back in July. Alex then called me in late September and I told him that I would probably make an appt. the end of November. Well on Black Friday I called Alex and told him I would be there shortly. He was very accommodating and he made everything easy while he was juggling myself and another customer at the same time. My trade-in value was fair and I was very comfortable dealing with Alex and everyone at Acton Toyota. Alex and Acton Toyota were all very friendly and helpful and they also have a beautiful facility. It was nice to go at MY pace. I was in no hurry to make a decision, since my 98 Camry was no problem, and we really didn't need two cars. My husband and I researched much on the web. My first choice was a Tacoma: then research and gas costs. That ruled it out. Another Camry? The new one is too big. I ruled it out. Next I compared Corolla and Prius. So I contacted Alex, test drove both -- liked what I saw. Thought about it for a week or two, then made my decision for the Prius. The odometer is now about 160 and I enjoy driving my Prius. I have been an Acton Toyota customer for 11 years and always found all the staff to be courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with Alex. More

My car buying experience started with receiving a polite phone call 5 minutes after submitting my request for a trade-in value on Acton Toyota's website. I literally started my car shopping with that trade-in inquiry and assumed it would be weeks before settling on a car and dealership I liked and was comfortable with - I decided in 3 days. Alex was extremely patient and understanding of my situation and applied no pressure at all. The evening I arranged to meet Alex I was about 15 minutes early, Alex met me within a few minutes and apologized that he could not meet at that moment, rather than ask me to wait (remember I was early) Alex had arranged for another salesman (Li I believe) to get me started on test drives. I was so impressed with Alex and Acton Toyota that I only visited one other dealership (not Toyota), which happened to be the one my B-i-L sells for. Alex and Acton Toyota treated me with great respect, they offered me a very fair price on my trade-in, and they have a beautiful facility and great people. More

Ales was very professional. He was efficient but not pushy. We came to a deal fairly quickly and pleasantly even though I had visited other Toyota dealers and wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. My husband and I were referred to Alex and Acton Toyota by a friend. We found Alex wonderful to work with when purchasing our new Highlander. I found him to be a good listener. He really heard what my interests were rather than simply selling any vehicle he could. He was well versed in the model I wanted and easily adapted to make sure that what my interests were rather than simply selling any vehicle he could.
