I had the wonderful task of purchasing a new vehicle for my company. After 11 years and 185,000 miles it was time to retire the shop van. We had recently downsized and didn't need a full size van. After checking their wonderful website I called and spoke to Alex about a used vehicle they had on the lot. We made an appointment for me to come see the vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Alex and the vehicle was out front, gassed, running and waiting for me. After taking a moment to show me the basics, chat about my needs and take a copy of my license I was off on a test ride. When I got back, we went to Alex's desk where he produced the work order for what had been done to the vehicle in order for it to be placed on ActonToyota's lot as a Certified Used Vehicle, The Car Fax and based on what I had told him earlier, he had what my costs would be for both the used vehicle and a comparable new one. The whole experience was quick, efficient and painless. I had the pleasure of also talking to Alex's managers, Wellington Pereira and Scott Vachon. The Business Manager Keith Mobley was also easy to work with and explained everything as we went through the process. I would recommend Acton Toyota, Alex, Wellington, Scott and Keith to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Toyota or Scion. More

Following that, Alex handled all the lease paperwork very efficiently and we are now driving a new Camry and loving it. I came in for lease deal that I found on the internet and was very pleased with my experience at Acton Toyota. My fears of going to car dealers are having to deal with price negotiation and the back and for was very pleased with my experience at Acton Toyota. My fears of going to car dealers are having to deal with price negotiation and the back and forth between sale person, sale manager and hidden fees, but I didn't have to deal with any of that at Acton Toyota. What I found online was exactly what I've gotten at the dealer. Alex answered all my questions, got my paperwork started and less than an hour later, I got my car. They even have the RMV office onsite so I was able to pick up my car the next day with new license plate, inspection sticker and registration. Service department was very nice and helpful also, they scheduled my appointment for first service schedule and was very accommodating with my schedule. I'll definitely recommend this dealer to my family and anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. More
