We also own a 2010 Prius, purchased at Acton Toyota, which my wife drives. I saw a fantastic deal on a Prius PHV, reviewed the specs and cost and decided to upgrade my ride. Alex Wheaton was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating; he made the whole purchase process easy. I would absolutely recommend him. I also worked with Wellington Pereira, for the 3rd time. I find it difficult to say enough about Wellington without sounding like a bogus review. Wellington is Professional, available, and by far one of the prime reasons I keep coming back to Acton Toyota. I have recommended him numerous time to friends, relatives and co-workers. Punching the numbers for this deal was Keith Mobley in Financial Services. Keith was through, detailed and explained with patience any questions I had. Keith knows his numbers and papers and made the $$$ part easy. Acton Toyota is a Great Dealership. It is obvious from the people they hire (and keep far longer than other dealerships); the quality of what they deliver, and the way in which they treat and connect with customers. More

This dealership lives up to its excellent reputation. I got the best deal available on a Prius Plug-in. From casual inquiry to delivery of the vehicle, everything went smoothly. I only buy cars from dealers that don’t require the ritual of negotiating a price. Fortunately, with leasing, although there are a lot of moving parts, it’s possible to make a fully educated decision. This process was made easy with the Internet Sales Consultant I worked with. As the title suggests, Alex was quite happy to do go through most of the process by email. We only needed to meet and speak a couple of times. What I was offered was 15,000 miles per year, 36 months, MSRP $33,020 for $299/mo. And that’s exactly what I got with no hidden charges. When my wife started finding reputable deals for under $200, Alex was able to explain why these offers were more expensive when the upfront and hidden charges were rolled in. The only hiccup was at the end, and actually turned out to be a pleasant surprise when they lowered the monthly further to compensate for having to backdate the beginning of the lease. When I picked up the vehicle, I couldn’t get a ride from my wife. No problem, a driver was sent over to pick me up. BTW The dealership is extremely busy, teeming with customers, and my only suggestion for improvement would be to have clearly designated customer parking. More
