Sold me an extended warranty which was guaranteed to allow a plow to be professionally installed, transmission blew 8months after purchasing the truck. Was told 3 weeks after it sat there that my warran allow a plow to be professionally installed, transmission blew 8months after purchasing the truck. Was told 3 weeks after it sat there that my warranty was voided from plow which I was assured was covered at time of purchase. Took 5 more weeks to get an answer on what steps will be taken. Long story short, transmission was replaced and was paid for by the refund I was suppose to get for the false warranty sale, no warranty on truck now, and now I have about a 14” gouge in my tailgate which they say “couldn’t have been us. All vehicles for through an extensive curiosity inspection” but when I ask to see footage of their lots in the area of my truck they quickly tell me the footage must’ve been accidentally deleted. Kiss my xxx DePaula, I’ll NEVER be doing any type of business there ever again. More
