Very very terrible service will NEVER take my car here again!!! Had an appointment for May 11th days go by an still never checked my car, then finally they said it was the transmission module needed to be again!!! Had an appointment for May 11th days go by an still never checked my car, then finally they said it was the transmission module needed to be fix but they couldn’t find the part. Then weeks later they find the part. An mins u NOBODY ever called me for any updates on my car I would always have to call them an everytime I call no one is available said they will have the guy call back, NO ONE EVER calls me back!!!! Then finally a month later I get my car back, then not even having it for 24 hours the transmission light came back on, with apparently another issue, had my car towed there again now a week later apparently something else is wrong now an was told I’d get a call to hopefully pick up my car when fixed since they said they been working on it all morning an still NO call. The people are kinda polite but this service is just very unprofessional an unorganized. Very very upset at this place. I’m a mother of 2 little kids an have not had my car for a month. NOT happy, an will NEVER be coming here again!!! More
