I appreciated the direct negotiations with Alex along with the sales manager Alan Mazur. The finance manager Erin Chaperro was equally informative and made the process easy. Great service from great people from the start My husband and I were looking for a couple of cars - he had been doing his research on line and especially checking out the options are Ferman’s, Palm My husband and I were looking for a couple of cars - he had been doing his research on line and especially checking out the options are Ferman’s, Palm Harbor where we brought the last BMW from - from sending an email which Phil responded too, to meeting our advisor Alex and Dan, the knowledge both these gentleman had, they were professional and had a lovely way in which they both worked with us, which was wonderful - today we went and collected our vehicles and to say the least we are both thrilled and excited by our purchases - Thanks Ferman’s - it was lovely doing business with you again! Outstanding Experience Ferman BMW, especially Alex Wolf, is the reason that I'm driving my first BMW today. Alex stepped in for another CA who missed the appointment that I Ferman BMW, especially Alex Wolf, is the reason that I'm driving my first BMW today. Alex stepped in for another CA who missed the appointment that I had to see two CPO vehicles. Alex was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely trustworthy through the process of about seven months until I eventually took delivery of my new 540i.
