It started on the day when we reached out to the dealership to look who helped me through my new car purchase process so smoothly and professionally. It started on the day when we reached out to the dealership to look at the advertised vehicle and we were taken care of by Alex right away and left with a piece of mind that we will have our vehicle in a few weeks ( unlike other local dealerships). Today he offered me a lot of his time to make sure I leave knowing everything about my new car, making sure all the functions are working. I had a wonderful experience with Alex and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help customer. I had to buy a used Tundra in a hurry to bridge the gap between my old Tundra that gave up on me and the new one I ordered months ago.
