Alexia Oliva greeted me within two minutes of arrival. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After about two hours, I got a text and an e-mail asking me if I wanted additional service items like I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After about two hours, I got a text and an e-mail asking me if I wanted additional service items like an alignment and some filters. I waited total about three hours. I've had worse service experiences at other dealers. Thanks! More
