Hello my name is Alexander Matallana. I was born in raised in Queens, NY. I have been in the customer service business for over 10 years with several years of Sales and Managerial experience. The reason I joined the automotive industry and Paragon Acura was to share my love for the Acura brand and, to provide truly exceptional customer service to the community I love so much. I always said to myself when purchasing/leasing my personal vehicles that I can provide a better experience than I was given. That was my major reason for jumping on board. I have been fortunate enough to achieve Acura's greatest accolades in my first 2 years with Acura that being The Platinum Council of Sales of Excellence. My main goal is to differentiate myself from other Sales Consultants by treating my clients fairly and providing a custom experience tailored to their wants and needs.

Had an overall pleasant experience I applied for financing so the dealer knows I was serious. I had a prompt follow up and spoke to their "first engagers" over text. After sharing what I applied for financing so the dealer knows I was serious. I had a prompt follow up and spoke to their "first engagers" over text. After sharing what I was looking for we kept in contact and finally agreed to come in. He was pretty persistent but in a good way. Finally I manage to come in and meet with their sales person. The sales person was fine and had a better experience with him than the last visit with another salesman. I ended up closing on the lease same day. Definitely had to do my homework and stick to my guns. In the end I was pretty happy with the deal I got and the person who showed me around my car was very helpful. Would rate it close to a B+ More
