He found exactly what I wanted but it had just arrived at the rail yard and was not due at the dealership for several days. Kurt made some calls and was able to put a rush on it and it arrived the next day. The trade value was fair and they put a big discount on the new truck. Kurt took the time to show me every feature of the new truck, I was in and out of there in three hours. Ales, the nice lady in Accessories and David in finance were a pleasure as well. Thanks everyone for making this a no-pressure experience. More

My best car buying experience ever Recently, I purchased a 2018, F150, XLT from Five Star Ford Carrollton. My sales person was LaCreshia Jones and she is new enough to Five Star For Recently, I purchased a 2018, F150, XLT from Five Star Ford Carrollton. My sales person was LaCreshia Jones and she is new enough to Five Star Ford Carrollton that she doesn't show up in the online Sales Staff lineup, or I would write my review under her name and picture. I have traded vehicles about every 4 years since 1988 and this purchase experience was the best ever, due to the team work between LaCreshia (5 Stars) and Sales Mgr Raj Patel. On three separate occasions, I visited the dealership to establish my trade-in value, select a new F150, and for a test drive and LaCreshia made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with all aspects of my new truck selection. I also applaud LaCreshia, Alexandra Benvenuto, & Joseph Walker for service after the sale, when I went back three days later to get Skylink installed and to get some technical questions answered. I will definitely recommend my friends and co-workers to LaCreshia, if they are in the market for a new vehicle. Walt K. More
