This is second truck I bought from this dealer in the last year , paid out $14.000 dollars in down payments , brought the truck in for a couple of things to get checked out , one is a vibration when acce last year , paid out $14.000 dollars in down payments , brought the truck in for a couple of things to get checked out , one is a vibration when accelerating from a stop but only when I pull my camper , I even pulled the camper to the dealer so I could show them what it was doing , I took one of the technicians out with me and showed him what it was doing and he told me it would be hard to fix because it only does it when I pull my camper but he would check it out , after a couple days I was told that they couldn’t fix it and I should call customer service , so I did and when the customer service representative called the dealer and spoke with them she was told that I couldn’t duplicate the vibration and that my camper was too big for my truck , I have a 2024 ram 3500 single rear wheel with the Cummins diesel and my camper fully loaded is 15,000 lbs which is well within the tow capacity, so I talked with the general manager and he told me that he would change the part that I think is faulty but if that didn’t fix the problem they would not make any more repairs or spend any more time on it , so I called customer service back and they suggested I take it to another dealer , very poor customer service.
