I started to text Alfonso and gave him my budget and see what my options are with Mercedes Benz. Alfonso right away prepared a few personalized videos showing me around three cars they have in stock that might match what I want. It was very helpful to me and I impressed that he would spend the time making those videos personalized just for one potential customer. We finally met with Alfonso a few days ago during the weekend and we ended up with a brand new 2020 GLB 250! And let me say that Alfonso and the rest of the people at Walters Mercedes Benz including Emil the manager and Justin of Finance moved mountains to accommodate us and gave us a really GREAT deal! Excellent Service! I came in late in the evening, on New Years Eve. Initially I had in mind to purchase a used A-Class 220. I walked out with a brand new CLA250 with the same budget price that I would have got a brand new A-Class. And they bought my car with 90,500 miles on it. Everyone really helped work with my needs, paperwork was quick, and they even made sure to attend to every detail regardless of staying 2 & 1/2 hours past closing time on New Year's Eve. Alfonso really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted as the "last deal of the decade" they said. He also needed to take care of an additional client after spending so much time with me. He got it done. Very much pleased with Mercedes Benz in Riverside! More
