Our experience in buying a new vehicle through Five Star was outstanding! Everyone was very helpful, beginning from the time we drove up to the signing of the papers. John was absolutely great in every aspect of the sale. He handled our sale like if we were the only ones at the dealership, it felt great to know that someone treated us with such priority. He took the time to explain and work with us. Honestly, he went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and because of him, I think we were able to drive out of there in a brand new vehicle. Alfred and Mike were also great in assisting with the sale. Everyone contributed and treated us with fairness and respect. This is the third time that we have purchased a vehicle from Alfred. He was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty in seeing that we got the vehicle that we wanted at the price we could afford. He from Alfred. He did not pressure us but answered all our questions, showed us several vehicles which we took out for test rides, and even let us walk away and think on it overnight when we could not find what we were looking for. On our return he continued to work with us to secure the vehicle we wanted. We left with a car that was four years newer than our old one with more options and at a monthly rate which was slightly lower than what we were paying for our current vehicle. And all that with NO out of pocket money from us. More

After working my way around the highway construction I was greeted as I got out of my truck. I was asked if needed help or someone in particular. I asked "Alfred". I was immediately walked to Alfred and greeted by him. We discussed my need for a pickup and he brought one up to show me then drove me around looking at the other inventory. I discussed what I wanted and he set out to find that truck for me. I then left town and said I would return Saturday. I actually drop in Friday afternoon to have my pickup appraised. That was quickly accomplished and we agreed I would trade in my truck. Told Alfred I would return Saturday morning, as previously agreed, to buy the new truck. Alfred was completely ready Saturday morning and he had the truck parked by the dealership, completely ready to drive off. I was then taken to the finance manager, who was another professional. Great experience. Everyone did an excellent job. Could not asked for a better overall experience. More

We were looking for a particular Gotta Have It Green Mustang and our daughter found it on the internet at the Five Star Ford in NRH. So, at 7:30 pm we rushed to the dealership, 15 miles away, and Alfre Mustang and our daughter found it on the internet at the Five Star Ford in NRH. So, at 7:30 pm we rushed to the dealership, 15 miles away, and Alfred greeted us like it was 10:00am. When we told him the car we were there for he said he just sold that one, but he would look to see if there was another. Fortunately, there was another one. He said the car was in a different location and had to be brought to the dealership due to the issues of the road construction. So he asked us to come at 10:00 the next morning and drive the car. We went the next morning, the car arrived soon after we did, while Alfred entertained us, answered questions, and did some preliminary paperwork. We drove the car and he met the price quoted online and we didn't even have to talk to other sales managers to get the deal done. Alfred did it himself. While we were in the finance department, Alfred had the car readied for delivery so that by the time the papers were signed and we were ready to go, the car was ready too! This was the last day of the month and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, including the test drive! Thanks, Alfred, and Five Star Ford! More
