We went into this dealership with the intention of just looking and comparing with other truck models from different dealers. We are Chevy owners and have not owned a Ford in 10 years or so. Alfred El-Darazi was great and answered all my questions. I liked his approach by not being pushy or in a hurry to make a deal. He is very knowledgeable and eager to assist without using any pressure to get me to buy. He should be a manager or at least an instructor/teacher to show other sales associates how it's done. More
