The kind of salesman that works with you, is honest with you, makes sure that you get exactly what you're looking for and if he needs to deliver it and help install it he will. Alfred reminded me of my dad and that is a real compliment. That is not something that I would say, it's actually not something that I've ever said?! I had been involved in a car accident and my jeep had been totaled, I knew that I was going to have to get something else so I started looking but I had not gotten the final word about my jeep nor had I gotten the information on the pay out. I did some research on what was the most reliable and best car in my price range and the Toyota Rav 4 was clearly one of the highest rated. When I got word on the following day from meeting Alfred and driving a Rav4 about my insurance pay out I immediately called Alfred and was saddened that he had already sold it. But then he told me not to worry that he would get me another. I went to and talked to a lot of other dealerships in the area and they were only going to sell what was on their lots and not a one of them told me that they would get me exactly what I was looking for. Within the week, I had to turn in my rental car and Alfred gave me a courtesy car from the dealership and was working to get my Rav 4 to me. I got it early the next week and truly could not be more thankful and grateful for the service and kindness that he gave me. Alfred said that he would take care of me and HE DID! I have a friend in my salesman and was honored to tell him that he reminded me of my father. Go see Alfred, he'll take care of you and he'll make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend him and Toyota of Cleveland to ANYONE in town and out of town. That type of service is RARE! More

When I had trouble with my back hatch closing (error on my part), I was able to call Alfred on a Sunday night and he graciously walked me through the steps to get the hatch closed. More

I fell in love with the Highlander upon seeing and driving it. I initially planned on waiting a few months to buy, and in the meantime, I told my mom how much I liked the Highlander and the sales associate who had helped me, Alfred Odister. Long story short, my mom and I both walked away with brand new Highlanders within a week from my first visit. The customer service was outstanding from Alfred as well as everyone we met, including General Manager Montey Burney, Service Manager Tom Trout, Sales Manager Shane Defoor, and F&I Manager Alfred Polk. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will recommend Toyota of Cleveland and Alfred Odister to all of my friends. More
