We received a quote/price upon drop off but once we
arrived to pick up the car, the cost was $10+ more than the stated price, for "misc" fees. In addition, the vehicle was supposed to be washed but it

The service adviser was cordial but generally, it seems underhanded and deceitful to state a price for an oil change, oil filter, and car wash and then not wash the car AND tack on an additional $10 in fees that should have just been included in the price that was quoted.
