My service was done it good time. The vidio was very good. Its nice to see everything that was done. Only problem was not with the service. It was when my last free service was no longer free and I had to pay for it. They gave me a discount and my Ford points brought the price down some more. I was not told I had to pay for it until they were done. More

They had my truck all day and were able to fix the issues that I had told them about. I won't know for sure until I tow my trailer. The only issue I had was the lack of rentals for my service.
